Your first choice (www.skateboard of choice.co.uk/........) is hard to see if it is good or not.
Ive been skating for 2 1/2 years and I've never heard of Voltage skateboards... but just because nobody's ever heard of them doesn't mean there not good. but from what i can tell... the trucks look standard, the bearings might not be as good. etc.
The Plan B boards, on the other hand are good. I have heard lots of good things about them. The board itself looks nicer than the Voltage one and the trucks look nicer too... (above standard levels) idk about the wheels but they look fine. Bearings with Plan B packages are pretty good from what ive heard ( my friend got 3 Plan B completes off ebay as well and he loved em)
If you want to take a risk with the Voltage board (inexpensive) go ahead.
But if i were you... I would go with the Plan B board.
