Tagging Graffiti Art What law forbids graffiti/tagging/street art?
i just wanna know what laws one might break and get incarcerated for, when caught doing graffiti? IF EVER, i get caught. hehe. it just helps to be sure. other details? experiences? tips? precautions?

can you get caught tagging/graffit if they never seen you do it?????
my friend tags (makes pretty nice graffiti art not that gangster wanna type tagging crap) around the school and stuff and i keep telling him to stop because EVERYBODY knows its him because he tags his nickname and even the school teachers and stuff know his nickname but he tells me they cant blame him or charge him with any graffiti UNLESS they have seen him in the act so i was wondering if thats true....
because the police and security all know its him but i guess he says they cant do anything unless they see him doing it
well cameras wont work cuz he wears all black and a bandana over his face when he tags.....
but the circumstantial evidence can they really use that??
I think they could use circumstantial evidence to catch him, and I also think it's easy to hide cameras and it's just a matter of time before he's busted.
