Graffiti Santa Cruz Can you explain about tagging and graffiti? I just read an article in the Santa Cruz Sentinel (http://www.santacruzsentinel.com/archive/2006/May/13/local/stories/03local.htm) about the money the City spends on painting out graffiti and tagging.
