Graffiti Youth Culture Why is graffiti and vandalism so widespread in western culture but is non existent in Eastern culture? you see tags and stuff everywhere in the street in US, UK, AUSTRALIA, CANADA but when you go to China, Japan, Korea you don't see any graffiti around.
