Is this a sign of the times?
Walking to town today I saw a massive billboard on a major road.The billboard was 30 ft by 40ft high,with a wonderful old lady with half moon glasses,you know every ones favourite grannie,and she was saying....''Wonderful,the crime in Hull has gone down 47%...''and she was smiling and looked very happy with the paperwork in her hand.Underneath some graffiti merchant has sprayed on the board....''oh yeah, pull the other one nana!'.....''Don't you just hate those graffiti vandals,always wanting to spoil the fun!!
I love it, there are some bright sparks around. Seriously they expect the public to believe what they are told and we all know how easy it is to manipulate statistics.
