What is the best Spray Paint for Stencils?


I am a Graffiti Writer and Stencil Artist from the UK and I just want to know what everyone thinks is the best spray paint for Graff.
I mostly use Illuminarty spray cans, although for stencils they go runny and tacky and almost always you end up ripping the stencil you spent hours cutting..
I have also used Monster Premiere and thats okay if a bit watery at times, and ofcourse I have used Montana Gold which I find excellent for piece and stuff but not so good for stencils...
Is Krylon any good? I know its a really old paint but I have seen it used. And also Molotow I know is good for trains and its cheap, but how would that be for stencils? I haven't considered Nolan, 94 and stuff so tell me about those, Thanksss
