when the asbo team fail what next what can i do about neighbours from hell who know how to play the system ?
we have had a family from hell move in next to us you know the type single beer swigging fag in mouth mother who doesn't give a shit for any body or any thing we are currently filling in a asbo complaint diary (again) they have broken rules in there tenancy agreement but the asbo team seem to be on there side what further action can we take to get this problem they have been through seven properties in 10 years and all ways so sorry in the right place only for it to continue the same day they leave shit evey where graffiti painted on walls serious answers only please thanks
If it's Council property I know for a fact that they take very little notice of diaries etc. Threaten the Council with an Injunction as they are in breach of their Statutory Duty of Care by failing to make their tenants abide by the Tenancy Agreement. I don't think an ASBO will solve the problem, they either ignore them or wear them as a badge of honour. I feel truly sorry for you. Write to the Chief Executive of the Council, or Housing Association telling them what you intend to do.
