make a picture graffiti on a brick wall in photoshop?
how do you take a picture (say a picture of your dog) and put it on a picture of a brick wall and then fade it oroverlay it to look like the picture was painted onthe wall like graffiti??
You need to play around because each image will react differently and then there's that whole personal taste thing 
I did this (in about 2 minutes) http://i50.tinypic.com/2dqq4vr.jpg by using the filter Poster Edges, then masking the dog off the background, then setting the layer to Hard Light. You can see the original dog pic and how it turned out.
Different filter effects will give you different drawing/painting styles. Different Blending Modes on the layers will change things hugely, as well. You can even duplicate the layer and play with two on top of each other with different effects or modes.
