Little People Graffiti
Where can I decipher graffiti?
So recently some odd stencils have appeared on bridges in my sleepy little town. A blue question mark with a swirly top and five stick people in a row the middle one lower than the rest with the same question mark only smaller above it. I wondered if it meant anything and if there was a site that talked about stuff like this?
It has to do with the election coming up. The five stick figures, the two on the left of Obama/Biden. The two on the right are McCain/Palin. In the center, the stick figure who is lower is the American people. The question mark above shows that the outcome of the election is yet to be determined. The American people being lower than the candidates is the statement that despite what they say, and despite what is said about elections, we are still a class lower and at the whim of the political system. We cannot get out from under it.

Graffiti Trains NY Old School (Tribute)
does anyone else think graffiti is really amazing?
i do graffiti, and i know lots of people who do it as well. i hate the little 'tags' you see around outside shops, but i love huge murals, and huge 'throw-ups' i just think its amazing!
Yea I do, I think the artists are really talented.
The only issue I have with it is where 'tagging' happens (which isn't really proper graffiti) and where it happens in areas where it can make something look tatty. There is a place for it, and so there should be, but also there's a need for places to be free of it
