My Palm Centro keeps power cycling on it's own. Does anyone have any advice?

Hello. I have Sprint's newest version of the Palm Centro and for the past two days it has shut off and came right back on- or power cycled. I have only had it since November. Back in December, I did download the New Pen app so I could use the graffiti feature. However, I've just now starting having problems. I have performed a hard reset and deleted the app and then performed a soft reset. I checked the error log and it did not have any listings. Does anyone know of anything I can do other than take it to a Sprint repair center? I really don't want to be without my phone because I am in the process of searching for a job and need my phone for when employers call for interviews. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You may have to do a factory reset. Meaning, resetting your device back to it's original condition when you first purchased the phone: http://kb.palm.com/wps/portal/kb/common/article/15574_en.html#centro

You may have installed a program that is not agreeing with your device.
The factory reset erases all of your data and content from the device so make sure you backup everything first.
