Which of these programs are best for a Graphics Tablet?

I have a medium bamboo fun and I use multiple programs to draw and I just choose whatever one im in the mood for, decide for me what is the best?
I usually just sketch black and white with a lot of value or a make logo type things with color

I have a bamboo fun too, and I think it's great XD.

For sketching I find you get more control with photoshop elements (or the real photoshop, if you can buy it) Nik Color Efex is kind of useless unless you're going to do photo editing.
