Light Graffiti Ideas

can the Nikon D60 do Pika Pika well (light graffiti/light drawing)?
that means it needs adjustable shutter speed(changeable to really slow shutter like to 20-30 seconds or so), ISO at least to 100, and different aperture settings (really high setting, i think). i have no idea where i can check if it has those...
does anyone who has used the nikon dslr cameras done some light graffiti and got good results? am i better off with a different camera or will nikon d60 do the job?
so light graffiti is like this...

if it can do that, then i plan to save up some money and finally get it!!! can't wait!
thanks for everyone's help!
Yes you can do it on manual with it set to bulb or longer shutter speeds. You can also do front or rear curtain flash with it. And is has a very inexpensive remote that will work great with long exposures. remember long exposures are prone to signal noise so turn on the noise reduction

Will my camera work for light graffiti?
I have an HP Photosmart M547. If it will work, can you please tell me what settings I should put it on??? If it won't work, can you give me some ideas of cameras that are FAIRLY inexpensive??? Thanks!!!
When i put it on the night-time setting, the flash stays on and nothing really happens it just takes a normal picture. which other setting wiill leave the shutter open longer???
You need to put it onto a "fireworks" or "night" setting for it to have any chance of it working because these settings decrease the shutter speed and turns off the the flash. If those don't work may I suggest you opt for a camera such as the Canon S5 IS which is still a "point and shoot" but takes great pictures. Any olympus (over 7mp) is also good because they have quite a range of extremely effective shooting modes.
Hope this helps.
