Hispanic Gang Graffiti
Why are white neighborhoods relatively crime free/less crowded?
without graffiti, street gangs, people walking everywhere, noises, while hispanic/black neighborhoods are crime ridden, graffiti everywhere, hoodlems walking the streets, more populated, active, etc???
its hard to not sound like a racist when asking questions like this but it is the truth. most of the run down neighborhoods that used to be nice didnt have a lot of hispanic/black people unless they were successful and upper middle class
