GraFFitY PrOJect HeLp?
I just picked up a old big one of those solid shell suit cases from a drift shop (2 bucks!!! whoo!) and i wanted to do some graffity art on it for my vaycay, just wanted to know for such a small area would it look authentic if i made stenciles for it, im mostly thinking of lyrics to put on it along with a character icon of some sort, any ideas for color and help with a technique would help, maybe a bullet hole or somthing, thanxs
For those of us who grew up in the '70s, this drive-in compilation of '50s and '60s rock and doo-wop, complete with Wolfman Jack introductions, was our introduction to this music. Thanks for posting, it’s nice to see that people are reading this. =) as far as learning to see through the eyes of God coming from Alison, i’m sure that i’ve been influenced by him. Though I did use the word “scandalize” which is definitely from him, that idea of viewing others as God’s beloved is probably more influenced by some anabaptist theology, which you’ll get a taste for in the class Menno. History and Thought. I would argue that there probably is a lot of similar ground between the theology Alison is describing and Mennonite/Anabaptist theology. Especially in the area of atonement. About that picture, it is done by the graffiti artist Banksy. He is a fantastically prophetic street artist. Amazing work. This particular picture is in Bethlehem and I saw it on the cross cultural trip over there. Ironically i think it is one of the first images you see in Palestine when you cross the Israeli checkpoint.
