How do you make a graffiti/urban style logo in photoshop?

I have photoshop CS3 and PS 4.0 but i would really like to make the tree area in this http://www.freecsstemplates.org/preview/deserted web template urbany kind of graffiti type look, mainly with green, black and maybe another colour that you think might fit? Also a logo 5x5 cm in size would be really good, if you could direct me to a good tutorial website or if you have any advice that would be really good!

lol, i was in your position last year but with building websites but now im doing research on website design ready for some more implementation with web 2.0 and photoshop is a skill that I really need to learn

Hi being 13 and able to use photo shop better than my fellow school friends i know quite alot about adobe photo shop. just this monday my dad said he will order me adobe cs4 master collection ,a dream for me.but most of my skills were achieved because of the adobe cs3 design description book. its the ultimate choice for learning adobe. you will be able to do all those things in a week or so using that book. id recommend buying it but i cant run you through making it from scratch as its too long.
