I can't tell you what gang since I work up north, but its the work of Surenos.

I'd say "Lil Hood" was a scrap though.

The gang appears to be OL which is a subgroup of a Sureno gang (which obviously has territory in Santa Ana), denoted by the X3 (13). The perp is Lil Hood (his gang tag name). I'm sure the local police department has info on the gang, and probably has this Lil Hood guy in some sort of gang folder. Will they do anything about it and arrest him, probably not.
