Graffiti Program? Why is there so much graffiti and vandalized public property in downtown Montreal?
There are (very ugly) tags on EVERY SINGLE PIECE of street furniture in downtown. Some of them are so full of graffiti and scratches that it is not possible to place another letter.
Also on every single block, there are at least a couple of pieces of street furniture that are broken or vandalized.
And ALL trash cans are either leaking, broken, bended, or vandalized in some other way.
Can anyone explain a reason for that? Are vandals trying to send a message? Because I'm not getting that message, maybe they are not doing it the right way.
Are there programs to fix all this stuff?
About Houston Texas. This is a picture of Houston:
My point is that it would be impossible to take a picture like that in downtown Montreal because both trash cans, and at least a couple of street lamps or benches would be all messed up. And there is no graffiti in that picture. That would certainly be impossible in Montreal.
Well there are parts of Montreal that have that stuff and there are parts that don't... Overall i agree its not the cleanest....
But your saying that one can't find a place to take a clean pic...dude thats a 5-star exaggeration
Mayor: You saw this and never reported this? Shame on you. If you had reported it:1. It would have been gone within a day.2. Only one tag would have been up instead of three.

A wonderful ending to what could've been a sad story. A wonderful thing.
