Help with my A.C.D. and paperwork?
what is a notice of disposition or termination of proceeding???? I had an ACD from family court for doing graffiti. I straighten my self out and did not get into any trouble and did my community service. my dad sent them paperwork that I did my community service and stuff but what does this paper they sent me mean. My acd was over on June 17. Here is what it is http://www.formsworkflow.com/d5855.aspx
"It says the proceeding has been finally disposed of " does this mean I am done?????
You should talk to your family lawyer if you have specific questions, but yes, disposed means the act of terminating a judicial proceeding. So your sentence is done - now keep that nose clean!!
