Why is specialized graffiti spray paint, like montana, better for graffiti art work, than spray paint from the hard wear stores?

Because Montana is a true art paint. The colors are more saturated, there is more pigment in the paint, and the carrier is purer.
Unfortunately, I don't know of any stores in Zagreb. I would look for Art Supply stores rather than graffiti stores. Even though graffiti IS an art form, it lacks legitimacy because its practice involves vandalism.
