Hey. What's everyone's view on graffiti?


isn't it really just expression of yourself/art?

and all that sh*t about how much money it costs the government is bullsh!t! How much could it possibly be for a few buckets of paint?

I think as an artform it is amazing and the talent can be great but I do have a problem with an attitude that doesn't care about anyone elses property or boundaries. In our municipality the shop owners have 72 hrs. to repaint over it or the city sends out a team and charges the store owner.
A lot of these stores are mom and pop stores that can't afford to do it. If you have light coloured walls and the spray paint is dark you are talking about 3 or 4 coats to hide it.
I think it would be great if each city had a section or walls specifically for grafitti artists to display their art. I think it would be a huge tourist attraction. I think it adds to the character of a city. It's about respect. There are a lot more empty store fronts in our town as the smaller businesses can't take the risk of a grafitti bill.

i ran out of spray paint for my sticker stencils but i have a lot of bucket paint should i just use a roller?

try blowing the paint though a blow pipe. its what cavemen did
