Neo-Nazi infiltration of U.S. military?

There is also reported "Aryan Nations graffiti in Baghdad".
According to the skinheads themselves, they are joining to get training for the coming 'race war' on American soil.
In my experience there were far more gang bangers then skin heads in the military.
I think an objective investigation would need to look at the presence of all extermist type individuals in the military and what they are bring in, spreading, and bringing out-

TAGGERS, What should the punishment be?
The punishment for tagging is obviously not sufficiently harsh enough to deter the crime. What do you think the punishment should be? 1st Offence, 2nd Offence, Habitual Tagger
My answer is: If the tagger is a legal citizen then on the first offense everything they own would be soaked in a bright red, pink or yellow paint. In addition they would spend 6 months on a work crew removing graffiti. 2nd offense they would be caned (see here if you don't know about caning)

plus the paint soaking for their possessions plus a year cleaning graffiti. Habitual offenders all the above plus 10 years cleaning.
For illegal immigrants: They would be caned and then they and their entire family would be deported, all their possessions would be conficated and sold to pay any costs. If any returned to the U.S. they would automatically receive the habitual tagger punishment.
I would like taggers to be cruxified but some bleeding hearts might get upset.
I am in agreement that all illegals should be punished and even harsher.
