Does a webhost have anything to do with streaming mp3 / progressive downloading?
I'm using this free webhost www.graffiti.net, but I'm not sure it if has anything to do with streaming mp3s or dynamic loading. I did this webpage out of flash, and everything is pretty okay when I run it in my computer locally, but when I uploaded it in my webhost and run the page, the mp3 doesn't play at all.
I used several methods, loadSound actionscript and even mediaplayback component. So I'm thinking maybe the webhost is responsible for it, is it? Or what else could I possible be doing wrong. The actionscript is like this, which is actually working fine on local playback:
backMusic = new Sound();
backMusic.loadSound("track1.mp3",true);

streaming cost more money
even if u have paid web hosting
u need to pay extra if u want to stream your content
most of the time person need to download to see that content
