no why don't you just make one what you need is a kiwi shoe shiner rusto oil based paint paint thinner and like 10 drops of dot 3 brake Fluid mix paint and paint thinner 2gether till the liked consistency and and Brake fluid this makes a ghost or burn rag so that when it is buffed you can still see it.

what would happen if i put glow in the dark nail polish in a graffiti mop?
ive never made a graffiti mop. im not even that great at graffiti or anything like that. i just wanna know what would happen if i put, like, the glow in the dark nail polish at Hot Topic in one of those mixtures? what would the chemicals do?

The other substances would probably cover up or negate the effect of the light sensitive properties that are in the nail polish or any other glow in the dark ink.
