strait letter alphabet graffiti

I'm 14 years old too and about last October I had pretty much the same symptoms you had. I ended up having a condition called Pseudo Tumor Cerebri. What you talk about with reading and vision ended up turning into double vision because it was left for too long without being treated.
This condition is where your body creates too much spinal fluid for no reason and it presser around your brain and eyes. It makes sense with everything your experiencing. I dont want to freak you out in case you do or dont have this but the only way to treat is with Spinal Taps to drain the fluid. I actually suffered for a while and had to go on home hospitalization my 8th grade year. Thankfully thinks are looking up and they are decreasing my meds and I am back in school. I am still suffering from headaches though from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep.
You need to go to the doctor and have them look into your eyes. They need to look for a Swelling of the optic nerve (Papilledema.) If that's It's almost certain you have Pseudo tumor cerebri.
Again I dont want to freak you out, but if left untreated you can go blind. The headaches just get worse and worse and your vision just gets worse and worse. The first time I went to the Er i got turned away. A few days later I was in the most pain ive ever been in in my life. Pain relievers wouldn't work. I was hospitalized for 4 days and they preformed 4 taps their. From then on it's a balancing act with the fluid.
My memory is so bad and I've gotten really stupid because of one of the medicines theyve put me on to deal with the pain. Everything's getting better though.
The symptoms listed their are as they get more severe but I experienced everything you are feeling weeks before things got dramatically bad for me. Just because you don't think your overweight doesn't mean you can't have it, they don't know for sure why it occurs but that's just the trend they've noticed.
Sorry if I've freaked you out, any questions contact me, I've dealt with this for a year. It could be nothing. This is pretty uncommon for all I know, it was on Mystery Diagnosis so I feel it is my duty to inform people especially those who may have it.
(Pseudo Tumor means fake tumor, it mimics a real tumor but won't show up in Mri's and isn't as harmful)
Good luck, Hope everything works out okay
You really should see a doctor, because it could be something serious like a brain tumor. More than likely, you just get headaches. I have been getting them since the age of 9 and so far they haven't found a physical reason for them (I am now 26). But you should tell a doc and have some tests done just in case. They may also be able to put you on some medication to help, even if there is no definite cause for the symptoms.
