Graffiti Custom Shirts
Have been ripped off online! What can I do?
I bought 2 custom one off tshirts online, one with the letter m in graffiti the other the letter o. Items didn't arrive (missing in mail) so seller said he would remake some for us but would have to wait for some more blank tshirts before he could.
Didn't open a dispute as I have bought from this man before, he owns an actual shop and I know he is legit.
2 months later he finally posts the new shirts! Again these don't arrive. As this was around xmas I left it 2 weeks before emailing and he is now not replying. I have looked at his online store aswell and 1 of the "one off" shirts I bought is still in stock aswell meaning if he ever did post it he posted the wrong ones!
As i said before its been 4 months now. Way to long to open Paypal dispute which I know is my fault but is there anything i can do?
Get in touch with Ebay and Paypal customer services, they are really helpful in sorting out your dispute. Try once more to get in touch with this person, keep everything in writing. If you fail threaten also to go to trading standards, again they are very very useful, this should put the fear of god into him. As you will give TS his shop address as well as his Online information.
By law you are able to get a full refund for money spent on item and should also receive postage costs as well.
