Im a newbie to graffiti and i want to know for a beginner where can I get myself a graffiti markers set thats good for beginners and help me become a better artist?
I will realy appreciate some answers!

Just go to a specialist art shop that sells art materials. You'll find all you need there. To find your nearest art shop look up in your yellow pages.

What is a cheap camera with an adjustable shutter speed?
Ok I am looking for a Digital camera with an adjustable shutter speed. I am not fussed about anything else just the shutter speed. I need to be able to set it to 10second or more. The reason is for making graffiti art with Lights.
My budget is £100 and would not really like to go that far over it.
Please help me as I can't find any affordable cameras!
