Oh and how do I do like light graffiti like this;

So just tell me everything that I need and do to do photography?

Good photography is created by a person who is knowledgeable about light, composition, shutter speeds, ISO, f-stops and lenses and has developed the skills needed to use that knowledge to make the pictures they want to make.
So begin looking for photography classes and get enrolled.
