Beginner Graffiti (LEGAL) Tips and Equipment?

First off I will never do graffiti illegally, the only place I would do it publicly is at the graffiti (again emphasis on LEGAL) wall in my city. I've got a couple questions though, before I do.
1. What kind of Black Book should I buy? What Brand? What Dimensions? (I've been doing it on paper).
2. What kind of markers should I buy? I was thinking about getting Prismacolors (I've been doing it all with Sharpies and these shitty markers i got from a local art store).
3. What kind of paint cans should I buy? I was thinking Montana paint but IDK if they're actually good.
4. What should I paint on? I was thinking I would get some cardboard and prime it and put it on there, because canvases are really expensive once you go through a couple a week.
Any other tips would be appreciated :)

Okay first legal graffiti is not as fun lol jk
Second prisma colors are good and wood markers work good to but sometimes spread on paper
Third paint cans Montanas good and if you go to bombingscience.com they have Ironlak for only 5 bucks where montana is 7 or 8.
Fourth carboard and canvas is to small sorry unless you were gonna use markers
