I got caught by the police for vandalizing (graffiti) and was wondering what will happen to me in court? Like the process they go through in court and what they will sentence me?
I don't have a criminal record and i have a 4.0 GPA
i also was trespassing

The process and the possible sentences depend on where you live and how old you are. In many communities in California, if you're caught painting graffiti, part of your sentence is to keep that particular building/bridge/sign/structure completely free of graffiti for one full year.
In other states, you could have to pay for the clean-up costs, there may be a fine, and the judge can choose between community service, probation, or a jail term.
