technically, it's is self explaining, an image (already b&w) was use from a photo, placed in photoshop, remove parts not wanted, with lasso selection tool, and deleted, then changed image to more contrast of black or white only, blurred, and used cut out filter, also most bitmap style,enlarged canvas to add black trim frame and done,
