Gang Graffiti List
Can someone help me on my journey to explore another culture?
I'm caucasian and I'd like to move to a neighborhood that is at least 80% Mexican.I'm at the point in my life where I'd like to learn another culture.It doesn't matter where in the U.S. but what does matter is it must have a low crime rate,no gangs,no drugs,no graffiti,no cars on front lawns,no rats,no overcrowded schools,and it must have folks who speak only english in public.Please list the towns/villages.Thanks!
I'd suggest a different culture than mexican!
