Famous Graffiti Artist Banksy
Is all of banksy's work graffiti?
I really like banksys work and I went to the exhibition in London to see his stuff and I thought he was a graffiti artist, apart form the animatronics what syles of painting does he use for the other pictures like the one with the criminals with blurred faces. Also I was wondering why people like blek le rat who isn't as famous but has done some pretty big things can admit they did it all and even admit they sometimes grafitti illigally and still not go to prison but banksy can't because he doesn't want to go to prison? Thanks in advance and if anyone else went to the exhibition feel free to give your opinions.
being famous doesnt represent your talent or ability, Bansky is famous because people connect with his work in such a immense way, this is why his name has been built up,there may be more technically talented artists,but they dont have what he does, theres people on tv who openly admit to using drugs this illegal but there not hunted down, you would have to catch banksy in the act to prosecute him, the identity of bansky is well protected by the art world,

Does Banksy "artwork" alter or change you opinions?
Banksy is a famous graffiti artist in London and Bristiol and I am writing a research paper on him and i need information on whether he has changed your opinion about things through out the means of "art", please help! (if you don't know him there is a small overview of who he is and his artwork on wikipedia o you can look it up.)
his work really just tries to mock the police, the government, the education system etc, any kind of system really and country leaders. he wants to spread the message with what's wrong with the world today. i believe that he knew a person a few years ago, who got sent to prison when he was innocent, and banksy started some things from there to spread the word and make it known that an innocent man got sentenced to imprisonment. im not sure of the details though, you'll have to research that yourself. look on wikipedia and maybe banksys website will indicate a few truths or aids.
so really, he hasn't changed any opinions, he's just trying to spread the message that the world is corrupt.
and ?, if you knew of the things he's done around london and bristol you wouldn't be saying he's unoriginal. no only does he do graffiti art (which tbh sends out meaningful messages, mockingly and cunningly) but he creates sculptures, canvas works, sketches etc
