Christian Graffiti Walls

I have just returned from Rome (vatican)?
Whilst there I visited the vatican, to get to the vatican I had to walk through the streets of Rome.
I have never seen so much graffiti on the store fronts and on the walls of apartments, also I saw so many beggars, disabled and homeless.
But once inside the walls of the vatican, all clean, no beggars, disabled or homeless are allowed in.
Looking inside the vatican I was amazed at the amount of wealth that is on show, so much so that I felt it was obscene.
MY QUESTION :- With all that wealth at the disposal of the catholics, is it very christian not to help those in need, and to clean up the city.
---------------------------
I already knew the church was a money maker, but when you see it first hand it really drives it home how ugly the whole lie is.
You must know that the Roman Catholic church is just the continuation of the Roman Empire..... don't you?
Even the Vatican city is actually Nero's garden.
Are you really that surprised that the modern-day Roman emperors surround themselves with fantastic riches while the ordinary people outside the gates are on the brink of starvation?
If you are you shouldn't be.
It's been going on for the best part of 3000 years.
The names and the costumes change but the agendas stay the same.

NY Church Torched; Satanic Graffiti Smeared on Walls
Why do Christians write so much religious graffiti on toilet walls?
Does the atmosphere of these locations inspire religious contemplation?
I'm a Christian, but I wondered that myself. Several years back when I would ride BART (in the SF Bay Area), I would always find religious graffiti in the BART station restrooms. Usually, it was about certain Christian TV or radio stations or else "Jesus Saves" in huge letters. Always with thick black markers. To me, vandalizing is a sin so I can't see how they justify damaging the property of others.
