Bombing Graffiti someone who knows about graffiti??
I want to learn how to do graffiti on a wall...tell me how you do it...I know how to draw it on paper but not with spray...I also want to know the kinds of graffiti (for example graffiti bomb..?) and anything else I should know about it....
thankssss
you can graffiti with spraypaint, some people use paint in buckets with rollers, you can use markers (sharpies or paint markers) and you can also do things like wheatpaste (basically glue paper and seal it to a wall).
if you want to use spray there is only one way to learn. by PRACTICE! (and talking to other artists). get some old boards off the street somewhere (the bigger the better) and set them up somewhere. or use the walls in your basement. get several different spraypaints (so you can figure out which kinds you like best) and go to town. you can paint over stuff you don't like. make sure you've got proper ventilation. practice until you feel ready to tag on the street. and just tag with a marker all over the place too.
Art or vandalism? Creative or criminal? Painting with a broad brush, this enlightening documentary studies the phenomenon of graffiti around the world. To "bomb" is b-boy slang meaning to create graffiti. In Adam Bhala Lough's striking debut, the "system" is the NYPD's Vandal Squad. Anthony (Mark Webber, Broken Flowers) is a 19-year-old bomber--tag name "Blest"--with plans to go legit, like Keith Haring or Jean-Michel Basquiat back in the "wild style" 1980s, who went from New York's mean streets to its most exclusive galleries...

Graffiti Bombing
i just started doing graffiti?
because i love the idea of bombing the system, neway i have a variety of custom caps is it ok to give your caps a paint thinner bath to keep em clean or will it deteriorate the plastic?
Caps are sooooo cheap, I would suggest buying a bunch of caps and knowing that when you spray, you don't have to worry about paint clogging.
I love German Outlines personally for clean lines. For big bombing, I would go with Chicago Fats.
