how much do street artists get paid?
I put up this question a few minutes ago only to get the dumbest answer ever.
Like the amazing chalk drawers or the graffiti artists (the ones that don't go around vandalizing things and part of gangs or whatever. the ones that paint billboards or in special places where people ask them to do their work.)

How do those graffiti artist reach those heights and/or depths without getting caught??
Graffiti is real cool but how do the "artist" get up to those high billboard platforms, or bridges or deep inside railway tunnels to put art on the railing? Do they do it before or after the railing is put up? If it's after the railing is up, don't people see them and report them for destroying public property!???
