Is Banksy an artist or a vandal?
Banksy, or Robin Banks, is a world renowned, British artist whose "artwork" combines graffiti with a distinctive stencilling technique, which can be seen in London and in cities around the world.
Publicity in the media has made his name well known, but has also brought some "controversy" about his work.
What do you think? Is Banksy's work more like unwanted grafitti; or spectacular artwork... simply humorous in nature? And is it okay for him to display his artwork like he does?

Personally I luv Banksy's work. It is a little unfair that he isn't getting arrested/caught for his artwork on private/public property, but I'll be d*mned if he didn't do what he did.
