Anti Graffiti Association

Do you think in a few years time the UK will be like Zimbabwe except...?
it will be the white indigenous population reclaiming their towns?
A housing association has just shipped 500 blacks into my area and hey presto - hello graffiti and anti-social behaviour.
good answer paradox and probably holds some truth, however my town was great before the influx - immigrants have degraded it now.
Unfortunately the government only listens to you if you are an immigrant or in the ethnic minority.
MB - Shame your people don't tolerate the West, you are a muslim - least tolerant group in the world.
I think the UK breed yobs. Our area has a problem with anti-social behaviour, graffiti, criminals and stabbings, but their all white and British.
Yobs no know race.

Racial Descrimination
Racial discrimination is seen as the primary determinant of hate crimes. In the US, the single largest group at the greatest risk of target is African Americans. In 2008, 62% 0f almost 8,000 hate crimes were perpetrated against African Americans. The attacks in the cases reported were familiar with all other cases and involved physical assault, burning crosses on churches and homes, burning of churches etc. In the same statistics, 7% of the hate crime targeted Pacific Americans, and less than 5% represented natives with Alaskan descent and Native Americans (CRS, 1997, p.1).
Resentment of Minorities
Primarily, this group is an easy target because of the bias and perpetrators perception that they are different and that they are new to a country, this despite the fact that their parents could have been descendants of such a place. Such ethnic minorities are victims of prejudicial nativism where natives feels pressurized and competed against in crucial sectors such as job placements etc this form of hatred is normally directed to immigrant groups whose main agenda is seeking economic prosperity from the US. The Hispanics are the major victims of this prejudice. When minorities groups' are seen as competitors, there is likely build up of bias against them by the public and may warrant violent reactions by the extremists. This form of bias is however not as common anymore because of increased movement of people around the world leading to increased social interactions. The worst form of this bias occurs when specific stereotypes are harbored against certain communities. An analysis has been done in this study to asses the type of discrimination that minority groups are most likely to face in the US. The Hispanics who generally refer to immigrants with a Latin America descent are increasingly targets due to bias connected with economic motivation (CRS, 1997, p.1). These groups of people from relatively poor countries is seen as competitors in the job market by young Americans and are blamed for the woes and increasing rates of unemployment. According to FBI release of 1995 on statistics on crime hate, out of 814 hate crimes reported, over 60% of the victims were oh Hispanic origin. In California and the general South West, hate campaigns against Hispanics have particularly been recurrent over a long period and they resulted primarily from he immigrants being blamed on the social economic difficulties facing the areas. This resulted to mass harassing and a lot f the immigrants were deported en masse. The Asian Pacific Americans have also been longtime victims of racial hatred. In the late 19th Century, the Chinese exclusion act was passed in 1882 and barred citizens from China or with a Chinese descent from seeking employment in the United States. This hate affected Japanese and Chinese alike since there was no notable difference between the two groups (CRS, 1997). The act was only lifted in 1943 but this did not help to amend the perception of the Asian Pacific citizens as outsiders in America. According to the conference on Leadership civil rights, hatred against one of these communities can easily affect all such groups, that is, hatred and hostility aimed at Japanese may end up spilling to unintended Chinese. For instance, a Korean American citizen, 62 years old, was attacked in San Francisco, California in 1997 and her hip broken. On apprehension, the assailant claimed that he thought the woman was Chinese. According to Legal Consortium on Asian Pacific American, hate anti-Asian cases reported in 2005 were 461, an increment of 2 % from the previous year and 38% more than 2003. The legal consortium also reported that the violence on successive years had increased with 2005 recording a 14% increase in aggravated assaults, one firebombing and two murders. Another group that has recently experienced hate violence is the Arab Americans. The growing resentment in this decade is seen to be aggravated by the crisis in Middle East and the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center twin towers. This group is largely associated with terrorists because many perpetrators of terrorism are of Arab descent (CRS, 2008).
Hate Crimes Motivated by Religious Discrimination
These acts range from personal attacks but are commonly acts of vandalism. According to the FBI, the greatest target recorded over the years has been Jewish people accounting up to 82% in 1996. Reported cases on hate crimes increased by 7% in 1996 as compared to 1995. Increased educational outreach and civilization have however reduced such acts over the years (CRS, 1997). The Anti Defamation league argues that increase education and social awareness can substantially reduce the prevalence of hate crimes. Most of these crimes target religious places of worship. For instance, an explosive was exploded at the entrance of a Jewish place of worship in New York. Also, workers in the University of Chicago discovered swastikas and SS lighting bolts in a pile of Yiddish and Hebrew books bearing anti-Semitic insults and graffiti (CRS, 1997). In 1997, two men entered a synagogue in Wisconsin alarmed with BB guns and started shooting in he early morning during morning prayers. Largely due to the September 9/11 attacks, aggression and hatred increased against Muslims from 2001. The trend had also increased after the Oklahoma bombing of Murrah Federal building (CRS, 1997).
